Features of dental handpiece
1. SMD-LED high-quality fiber optic light, without unlighted LEDs
The SMD-LED light was independently researched and developed, and uses imported materials, allowing it to bear repeated sterilization of high temperatures and high pressure. Compared with incandescent lamps and halogen lamps, LED lights are more stable and have a longer service life.
With a unique chip design, SMD-LED technology has effectively solved problems caused by an easy to break and flickering LEDs on the handpiece. Lab data shows that the SMD-LED lamp can be sterilized up to 1,200 times and work continuously for 1,000 hours.
2. Bur locking device
The J6-TUQL dental handpiece is equipped with JINME’s independently researched and developed auto-chuck push button spindle. Precise miniature spring is equipped inside the spindle and with the high speed rotating of handpiece, it exerts a pre-tightening force on the chuck to ensure the bur is tight and secure to the handpiece.
3. German imported bearings
The J6-TUQL dental handpiece uses high-precision bearings originally imported from Germany. The bearings are designed with special angles and they can generate a centripetal thrust force to make handpiece operation more stable and much quieter. This also contributes to a greater torque.
4. Anti-suction system
The use of an anti-suction system can prevent the suction of blood, virus and skin particles caused by negative pressure produced when handpiece stops operating, so that cross infection can be avoided. This also better protects the dental cartridge, avoiding damage caused by foreign matter to the bearing, thus improving the handpiece service life.
5. Integrated handpiece head
By adopting exquisite processing technology, the handpiece head is produced one-time, decreasing the gap produced by assembly. This ensures both the firmness and precision. This also indirectly increases the handpiece torque, lowers noise and reduces vibration. There is no solder joint on the handpiece head, therefore, water and air blocking caused by rust can be prevented and bad water spray problems can be decreased.
