Shipping Policy

HOW LONG WILL MY ITEM TAKE TO ARRIVE?

For this online store, we ONLY accept order from US mainland customers. 

The shipping time consists of two sections – 

  • Processing Time: Verification of order details, sourcing, quality checks, and packaging. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 1–2 business days after the order is placed and the payment is received. 
  • Shipping Time: The time taken to arrive at the destination after dispatch from our warehouses varies product by product. Please refer back to the product description for shipping details specific to your desired product. Make sure to read the product description for specific shipping speeds for the product you want.

For worldwide orders:

We can accept international orders, but for international order, you need check us with shipping fee first, then we will issue invoice to you for wires, which means international orders not accept for this online store.

ORDER & TRACKING

When you place your order, you will receive a Purchase Confirmation email confirming your Order # and purchase details. You can cancel your order or make changes to your shipping information the same day you placed your order by midnight. After 6 hours, your order will be processed for stocking, packing, and shipping, this usually takes 1-2 business days. When this is completed, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.

Once your order has shipped, we will send you another Shipping Update email with your tracking number. To track your package, click on the link provided. Tracking information may not be available for the first couple of days after you receive your Shipping Update email. Several days may pass between package scans. We assure you that this is normal and will not affect your expected delivery date.

Processing Time

Processing takes from 1-2 business days after your order is placed.
